Dancehall artiste Spice wins MTV Movie & TV Award.  The Queen of Dancehall along with her Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast members walked away with the Reality Royalty award. Beating shows like The Challenge, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, The Bachelor and Vanderpump Rules.

In 2018, Spice became the first Dancehall artiste to join the cast of the hugely successful smash hit VH1 soap franchise; Love and Hip-Hop.  

Spice was earlier crowned Female Deejay Of The Year at the 37th annual International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) in May this year.
