Dancehall is not stalling and the brand-new win this week see’s Shenseea secure a major endorsement deal with UK’s Pretty Little Thing. The popular UK-based fashion retailer has been paying close attention to the Jamaican star who will now join the likes of US artiste and model Teyana Taylor, Australian model Gabby Epstein and US actress Malika Haqq as celebrity representatives for Pretty Little Thing.

“This really means a lot to me as an artiste and as a Jamaican. To know that the world is embracing me, my music, and my culture, it shows that our little country is immensely powerful. It also shows that no matter what is going on in the world, there is always opportunity because in this time of crisis with the pandemic, major brands are still looking to push forward and positive is still coming out of everything,” Shenseea told the Jamaica Star.

It is unclear the details of the ambassador deal which was announced on Instagram by Shenseaa and also on Twitter by the brand, Pretty Little Thing. However, Shenseea has expressed that the partnership would be mutually beneficial.
“Just like any brand ambassador, especially for a clothing brand, you will be required to model, do photo shoots. We cannot speak about everything that will happen under this new contract, but I will say it’s a good deal and one that will benefit them and benefit me. It’s more than just getting up and posting stuff, it’s a relationship that we are building with my talent and their brand,” Shenseea said.
