Welcome to another episode of our weekly radio show, some may say podcast whichever term suits you best, run with that.
As usual, we strive to feature the current Reggae Dancehall and Soca music, plus new materials which we get inundated with weekly and of course some classics.
In this episode 35, we have music from Gappy Ranks, Etana, Christopher Martin, I Wayne, and more on a production produced by Freemind music which is Etana label.
Busy Signal continues to show that he’s always been on top of his game with two ( or he would say a few 😂) songs from the artist.
“Fed Up and Tired” has a sample from Bounty Killer’s classic “Fed Up” and Busy Signal uses this punchline very well. Listen to the podcast and all well be clear.
“Wah Gwaan Mad Head” is the second one from Busy Signal and this one hits the ball right out of the park for a home run.
Busy Signal may have got his inspiration for this one from a video that went viral. In the video, a Jamaican Rastafarian was asked his views on the current state of the world and his reply was simple and straight to the point “Betta yuh gaa yuh bed.”
Demarco has a wicked single entitled “Rider” everything about this song is just right. Demarco is an incredible musician and for that, he must get his props.
Due to the lockdown live interviews in the studio were a thing of the past for a while, so it was great to finally have an international guest bless our studios and her name is Lilaike.
We discussed her music, found out that one of her popular songs was actually a freestyle 🤔
She blessed the place with her majestic energy and of course pop off a little freestyle here and there and much more.
It was a great catch-up with Lilaike and see the growth she has made over the years. Lilaike energy is just right and she is beautiful inside and out and may we add she arrived at the studio for the interview 30mins early.

Chronixx “Freedom Fighter” is on heavy rotation likewise Randy Valentine & Sauce Perreler “Surrounded By Angels” both songs speaks volumes for the craft of Reggae music and the ability to relay a message onto the masses.
DJ Ashman is back in the building for all our Soca crews and as usual, he delivered an energetic mix of Soca and Dancehall in the segment called “Bruk It & Wuk It”
