The UK has always played a strong role in Reggae Dancehall music, from the early years right up to the present. Many may say the genre isn’t strong at the moment, but look at it carefully, venues are at a all time low, the music isn’t being played on mainstream radio alongside other genres, despite all of this Reggae Dancehall is strong and we all know that. This was proven recently when two mega shows were kept in West London 20 mins apart from each other. Shabba Ranks, Maxi Priest , Barrington Levy and Mr Vegas had a show in the SSE arena, some may know it as Wembley arena and the show was ram, people enjoyed them self to the fullest. Popcaan and friends including Giggs, Kano, D Double E where at the Hammersmith Apollo, another show which was crazy. Proving the power of the genre, all lovers of Reggae Dancehall in the UK keep on loving the genre and supporting in your numbers.
