In the 1990’s artists like Bounty Killa, Beenie Man, Shabba Ranks, Ghost, General Degree, Lady Saw, Super Cat, Spragga Benz, Mad Cobra, Merciless, Terror Fabulous, Buju Banton, Capleton all emerge onto the scene. Each with their own sound and style.
The name Dancehall wasn’t in use then, it was Ragga which most people used in the UK. For your listening pleasure check out The Ragga Hall Of Fame
